Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

No Exchanges, all sales final unless product is damaged/cracked/broken.

 

Refunds

JESSIMYNAILS LLC is not responsible for lost of stolen items by USPS. Refunds are only available for damaged product upon USPS arrival, with proof of damaged goods. All products are hand crafted and can not be resold once opened. Thank you for your understanding. Here at The Virtual Nail Shop (JESSIMYNAILS LLC) we strive for happy customers, and communication is key in order to achieve this. Although refunds are not available, if you are unhappy with your order you may request for additional assistance in turning your experience into a positive and satisfied one.
